One of our National clients is looking for an Occupational Health and Safety Clerk!
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties including typing correspondence memos and other documents; handling confidential material; data entry; sorting and distributing mail and faxes; photocopying; maintaining general and confidential files; compiling data; coordinating travel reservations and training; filing confidential paperwork, and file upkeep. Assisting the Safety, and HR departments as needed. Difficulty of Duties: Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities evaluating results and coordinating with others. Assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others. .
A successful candidate will be comfortable with a drug and background check! REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: 2 plus years experience. Computer Skills: Standard computer skills including generating simple letters spreadsheets and or graphics for personal business. Must be very competent in MS Office particularly Excel, Outlook and Access
