We are seeking a Temporary Office Manager to support daily operations at our optical test and measurement company. This role involves coordinating customer samples, managing documentation, and handling light accounting tasks.
Responsibilities
Receive and log incoming parts for testing
Prepare and manage paperwork for test samples
Coordinate with engineering to obtain test results
Complete reports using provided templates and return results to customers
Handle light accounting duties including writing checks, invoicing, and account reconciliation
Qualifications
Prior office management or administrative experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with basic accounting tasks
Proficient with standard office software
