Office Manager
Job Description
Location: 70 N Ramah Cir, Agawam, MA 01001
Pay Rate: $24–$25/hour
Industry: Aerospace
- Handle payroll processing and core accounting functions
- Manage production orders and track job progress
- Coordinate office staffing and support HR-related tasks
- Set up folders for all new jobs and maintain tracking for on-time delivery
- Manage new employee onboarding, benefits (insurance, direct deposits, IRA), and general HR administration
- Purchase office and shop supplies
- Keep software systems updated as needed
- Regularly update the President on all financial matters
- Prior experience in an office management role
- Background in the aerospace industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of HR procedures and accounting practices
