Job Description

A leading global chemical manufacturer is seeking an Operations Superintendent:

 

$120,000-$130,000 annual salary

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team that provides safety, reliability, quality, compliance, and cost performance
  • Ensure process systems are operated in accordance with safe operating procedures
  • Ensure safe work systems and hazard assessments are performed
  • Assure compliance with environmental permits and legal requirements

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, BS Degree preferred
  • Ten years’ closely related experience in manufacturing setting
  • Working knowledge of chemical/industrial function, design, and regulatory requirements and Process Safety Management
  • Six Sigma training or certification
