What You Will Do
- Set up, operate, and adjust manufacturing equipment according to specialized standards across multiple machines and processes.
- Operate equipment and perform troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product compliance, and identify and address any defects.
- Utilize precision measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, vision systems, and laser micrometers.
Additional Skills and Responsibilities May Include:
- Managing complex medical extrusions, such as multi-lumen, multi-layer, and bump tubing.
- Providing effective feedback and delegating work responsibilities to peers.
- Performing calculations involving decimals and fractions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of weights and measures, including the metric system.
- Utilizing precision measuring instruments.
