Job Description

  • Processing telephone and mail-in orders (domestic and international) as well as return authorizations and quotations for all Vicam products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Researching requests for information using available resources and follow up with internal and external customers when necessary.
  • Providing service support to sales reps and in-house personnel and possess the ability to triage troubleshooting for complex customer issues.
  • Understanding pricing/discount options.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years prior Customer Service experience
  • Comprehensive Knowledge/use of SAP
  • Prior experience with reviewing and interpreting purchase order terms and conditions
  • Prior experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus
  • Candidate must be completely PC literate and familiar with desktop applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
  • Order entry accuracy, prioritization, sense of urgency, attention to detail
  • High energy, reliability, creativity & multi-tasking skills
  • Efficient and professional order processing with a sense of ownership to ensure that the customer receives a comprehensive & satisfactory order placement experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Can-do attitude and team spirit
