Job Description

Job Title: Order Picker (Voice Pick / Pallet Jack)
Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 1:30 PM start (end time varies)

Position Summary
We are seeking reliable Order Pickers to pick and load beverage orders using a voice-pick system and motorized pallet jack in a climate-controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities
  • Pick orders using voice-pick system
  • Operate motorized pallet jack
  • Load trucks with completed orders
  • Handle beverage products (water, sports drinks, etc.)
  • Maintain accuracy and meet production goals
Qualifications
  • Experience with pallet jack or warehouse picking preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Steel toe boots required
  • Must pass drug screen and background upon hire
Schedule Details
  • Monday–Saturday with one day off during the week
  • Typical shift: 1:30 PM start; end time varies based on workload (can be late)
  • Saturday shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00/5:30 PM
  • 2 paid 15-minute breaks + 30-minute lunch
Physical Requirements
  • Lift 20–30 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
  • Ability to stand and move throughout shift
