Part-Time Tax & Accounting Specialist
Job Description
Schedule: Part-Time
Compensation: $85,000–$125,000 annually (based on experience and availability)
- Prepare and support tax filings for individuals and business entities
- Maintain accurate financial records and support general ledger activity
- Organize and track tax documents, financial reporting, and supporting schedules
- Coordinate with external CPAs and advisors to ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Assist with cleanup and process improvement related to accounting documentation
- Contribute to occasional estate or trust-related reporting, as needed
- CPA license required
- Master’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of tax experience with individuals and entities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and reporting
- Highly organized, independent, and discreet professional
