Your Mission:
As our 2nd Shift Parts Inspector Supervisor in Cincinnati, OH, you'll be the driving force behind our quality assurance efforts. You will:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Parts Inspectors, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training on quality standards, inspection techniques, and safety procedures.
  • Oversee the inspection process, ensuring all parts meet rigorous quality standards and specifications.
  • Track team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 5+ years of quality control or inspection experience, with 1+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of precision measuring tools and quality inspection software.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
Work Environment:
  • Manufacturing or warehouse setting in Cincinnati, OH.
  • Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
