PeopleSoft Integrations Developer
We are seeking a PeopleSoft Integrations Developer with strong experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, integration development, and stakeholder collaboration. This role requires someone who can build and support integrations while also working directly with business users and vendors to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and drive integration strategy.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, and Informatica Cloud (IICS). This person should be comfortable serving as both a technical resource and a consultative partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and support integrations within the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions environment
  • Design and manage integration workflows using Informatica Cloud (IICS)
  • Work with PeopleSoft Component Interfaces and Integration Broker for system integrations
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, interface issues, and data discrepancies
  • Meet with stakeholders and vendors to gather business and technical requirements
  • Analyze requirements and recommend scalable integration solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and runbooks
  • Support testing, validation, deployment, and production support
  • Follow ITS standards for change management and code promotion

Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (required)
  • Hands-on experience with Component Interfaces and Integration Broker
  • Strong proficiency with Informatica Cloud (IICS) for ETL and integrations (not PowerCenter)
  • Ability to gather requirements from customers, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative, solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to read and interpret data mappings, schemas, and integration documentation
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Higher education experience a plus
  • Experience supporting enterprise ITS teams and large-scale PeopleSoft environments
  • Experience with knowledge transfer, backfill support, and change management processes
