Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Precision Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up and operating precision forming press brakes to bend sheet and plate materials accurately. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for working with metal fabrication, we want to hear from you!

1st and 2nd shift Openings 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate precision forming press brakes to bend sheet and plate materials according to specifications.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine proper tooling and machine settings.

  • Utilize automatic back gauge systems to ensure accurate and consistent bending of materials.

  • Conduct quality checks to verify dimensions and compliance with specifications.

  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and meet production deadlines.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in setting up and operating precision forming press brakes.

  • Strong understanding of press brake operations, including tooling selection and setup.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Experience with automatic back gauge systems.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
