Press Operator – Aerospace Manufacturing | DIRECT HIRE
? Pay: $18.00–$25.00/hour
? Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available

What You’ll Do
  1. Manufacture aerospace hardware using manual and programmable ASC presses.
  2. Clean and release molds and tools according to manufacturing plans.
  3. Obtain materials and maintain required production documentation.
  4. Use pneumatic and hand tools including grinders, DA sanders, files, and drills.
  5. Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, thickness gauges, pyrometers, and scales.
  6. Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
  7. Assist with equipment setup, minor maintenance, and scheduled 6-S cleaning.
What We’re Looking For
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Press, fabrication, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred.
  3. Basic computer skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  6. Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment.
  7. Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  8. Flexible availability for training.
  9. U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder as required for the position.
