Job Description
We are looking for a Procurement Administrator to assist our team in Hudson! This is a temporary on site role until December 2024.
In this role you will perform a variety of direct support duties for the business specific to subcontract topics. Complete subcontract closeout documentation in accordance with pre-established requirements, conduct analysis in Oracle to confirm all actions are complete, communicate with suppliers via phone and email to confirm receipt of final invoice and associated forms are completed, complete high level desk audits to ensure total payments made to supplier reconcile to invoices. Communicate with multiple departments to coordinate needed information for subcontract closeout documentation.
Job Requirements
A successful candidate will have two years of subcontract support experience, procurement knowledge, proficient with Microsoft software, strong attention to detail with online research, and basic accounting skills.
