What You'll Do:
As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in our production process. Job duties may include:
  • Operating machinery such as laminators, peelers, molding machines, tape sealers, wind-ups, choppers, and grinders (specific roles vary).
  • Ensuring a smooth and continuous flow of materials.
  • Performing quality checks and documentation.
  • Coordinating the movement of materials within the production area.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Following all safety and environmental policies.
We're Looking For:
  • Individuals with basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Team players with good communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized candidates.
  • Reliable individuals with good on-time attendance.
  • Candidates who are self-motivated and able to make decisions.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
  • Ability to work in conditions with normal exposure to dust and debris and seasonal temperature variations.
  • Willingness to adhere to all safety and environmental policies.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • For some roles, forklift certification may be required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Heavy lifting is required for most positions.
  • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel, and operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
  • Overhead lifting, reaching, pulling, and pushing.
  • Picking up items/scrap from the floor.
  • May be required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Working Conditions:
  • Normal exposure to dust and debris.
  • Seasonal temperature variations.
