Job Description

Are you a natural leader? Have you managed a team before? Then you could be the Production Line Leader we are looking for!

We are looking for a full-time production line leader to oversee a team and manage the production process from mixing, following recipes, setting oven controls, and palletizing the finished product for one of our assembly lines. 

 

  • Manage line efficiency, food safety, and promote team work.
  • Ensure that the quality of the product meets the prescribed manufacturing standards.
  • Follow all SQF and GMP guidelines throughout the entire production process.
  • Verify production reports and make sure the information is correct.
  • Plan, coordinate and maintain production on the line to minimize downtime.
  • Complete all correlating paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Train line associates on their various tasks.

 

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience of managing 10 of more associates.
  • Able to work in an automated production environment.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Able to foresee issues and troubleshoot.
  • Reliable and punctual.
