Production Manager
  
Position Summary:
 This role oversees daily operations and leads a large team. The ideal candidate is an experienced production leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to develop people, and can drive performance through accountability and process improvement. Embroidery experience is a plus—but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, coach, and develop a team of 25–30 employees, including a supervisor and two team leads
  2. Create and maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  3. Ensure production goals, quality standards, and on-time delivery metrics are consistently achieved
  4. Manage workflow, staffing, and scheduling to maximize efficiency and throughput
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
  6. Address performance concerns, set clear expectations, provide coaching, and take corrective action when needed
  7. Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational compliance
  8. Partner cross-functionally with planning, quality, and maintenance teams
  9. Track and analyze KPIs to drive data-informed decisions
  10. Support onboarding and training to build a strong, sustainable workforce
 
Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  2. 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams (including supervisors or leads preferred)
  3. Proven ability to motivate teams and drive results in a high-volume setting
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
  5. Experience managing production schedules, workflow, and performance metrics
  6. Excellent communication and leadership skills
  7. Ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining engagement and morale
  8. Embroidery or textile experience is a plus, but not required
  9. Hands-on leader who is comfortable on the production floor
  10. Organized, decisive, and results-driven
  11. Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  12. Strong focus on efficiency, quality, and team development
 
Work Environment:
  1. Fast-paced production facility
  2. Frequent time spent on the production floor, standing and engaging with team members.
