We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our client's dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of production equipment, ensuring efficient and high-quality output. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our client's products. This position is temp-to-hire for the successful associate, and the client is eager to hire qualified individuals at the completion of contract hours.

- Perform packaging and labeling tasks to prepare finished goods for distribution
- Conduct quality control inspection throughout the production process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities

Qualifications
Required:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar production role
- Proficiency in operating a variety of production equipment and machinery
- Ability to read and interpret production specifications and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality inspection
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and documentation
- Certification or training in production, packaging, or lean manufacturing
Working Conditions
This production role that will involve standing for extended periods, lifting and moving materials, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Protective equipment such as safety glasses and hair/beard nets will be required. This is a temperature controlled environment.

1st shift Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm
2nd shift Monday-Thursday 3:15pm-1:45am
Compensation and Benefits
The pay rate for this temporary Production Operator position starts at $15 per hour. Medical insurance (including dental and vision) are offered for this temporary period, and our client offers additional benefits after conversion to full-time permanent status.
