Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on driving productivity, ensuring quality, and building strong teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to meet daily goals
  • Enforce food safety and quality standards including HACCP, GMP, and OSHA
  • Coordinate schedules, track performance metrics, and resolve production challenges
  • Partner with maintenance to monitor equipment and support repairs
  • Maintain accurate shift reports, output data, and incident documentation
  • Support facility operations, including eligibility to obtain a boiler operator license
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of food manufacturing experience, including 2+ years in leadership
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and OSHA standards
  • Bilingual skills are a strong plus
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Comfortable working around machinery and temperature changes (heat/steam and cold)
  • Ability to work in environments with dust, noise, and food allergens
