Reports To: Department Lead

Summary:  Assist in various operations of production

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• To maintain the highest quality standards and the right to stop production of any job if those quality standards are not met
• Resource for all production departments to ensure continuous flow of production process
• Train and execute all standard work
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and equipment
• Monitor the production process and provide feedback for potential improvements
• Carry out quality and testing checks to ensure quality levels are maintained
• Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected
• Load, feed and unload items from machines or conveyors
• Pack and store materials/products
• Start/Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available to begin production processes
• Properly handle and dispose of all waste that are generated in the daily operations as  directed by the EHS Manager

• Basic blueprint comprehension
• Committed to quality and safety
• Intermediate math skills

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma, GED
• Entry level position requiring no previous experience
