Assembler

Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Overtime available

Join a growing manufacturing team where your attention to detail and hands-on skills make a real impact. We are seeking reliable Assemblers to build quality products using technical instructions, tools, and equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
  • Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work completed
  • Follow all safety guidelines and keep a clean, organized workspace
  • Support team production goals and continuous improvement efforts
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to interpret technical diagrams and written procedures
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Physical stamina and ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
