Job Description

Production Worker / Assembly Associate

We’re hiring Production Workers to assemble window and patio door components in a fast-paced, safety-focused manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble components using blueprints and work instructions
  • Operate hand and power tools (drills, staple guns, saws)
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Read tape measures and follow written instructions
  • Enter basic production data on a computer
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area
  • Meet daily production goals as part of a team
Qualifications
  • Safety-first mindset (steel toe shoes & safety glasses required)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
