Job Description

Join our team as a skilled Production Technician, where precision and teamwork drive success.

1st shift - 630 am to 5 pm, Overtime on weekends based on business needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and construct window components using power tools and specialized machinery
  • Install window hardware with accuracy using hand tools and air screw guns
  • Operate and monitor automated machines (weather-stripping, corner cleaners) to ensure smooth production
  • Read and interpret measurements down to 1/32 inch
  • Adapt to various workstations and collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly
  • Proficiency with power tools and machinery; carpentry experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity
  • Ability to read a U.S. tape measure and perform basic calculations
  • Comfortable lifting 50-75 lbs in a fast pace production environment
