Job Description
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to work instructions, blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Operate production machinery, hand tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and report defects, equipment malfunctions, and process issues to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Package finished goods according to company and customer requirements.
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and manufacturing regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment using 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
- Assist with inventory management, material handling, and replenishment of production supplies.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve productivity and process efficiency.
- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and technical documentation.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
