Job Title: Operations Program Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Pay Rate: $74.00 - $76.00/hr
Overview:

As an Operations Program Manager, you’ll be at the center of innovation and execution—leading complex manufacturing programs valued at $40M annually. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with cross-functional experts, solve technical challenges, and drive performance improvements that directly support national defense. Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM), overseeing earned value, budgets, schedules, and program risks.
  • Lead manufacturing program plans to ensure top-quality production, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to resolve challenges and enhance processes.
  • Champion Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to drive innovation, reduce cycle times, and strengthen performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; U.S. Citizenship with eligibility for a Secret clearance.
  • Strong background in Earned Value Management (EVM), manufacturing operations, and program leadership.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, with proven project management, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • Interested candidates should be able to obtain a US Security clearance 
  • US Citizenship required
