Program Scheduler
Job Description
Location: Bristol, PA
Pay Rate: $70.00 - $73.40 per hour
- Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in MS Project.
- Create and maintain schedule baselines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure schedules comply with NDIA PASEG and 32 guidelines, and fully integrate with the project’s Statement of Work (SOW) and authorizing documents.
- Perform critical path, float, and what-if analyses to optimize program execution.
- Apply sound Earned Value Management (EVM) practices to schedule management.
- Conduct schedule risk assessments and drive schedule health improvements using DCMA 14-Point assessments or DECM metrics.
- Ensure vertical and horizontal schedule integration across all functional areas.
- Lead live and virtual team meetings to facilitate schedule status updates and provide scheduling exports to finance teams.
- Maintain strict configuration control and change management processes.
- Support the program team and Control Account Managers in status reporting and schedule execution.
- Aggressively promote schedule ownership and accountability across the program team.
- Ensure scheduling practices align with internal procedures and government compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Proficient in MS Project.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting scheduling on Government contracts.
- Strong understanding of EVMS and IPMR DI-MGMT-81861A requirements.
- Knowledge of NDIA PASEG and 32 scheduling guidelines.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to develop integrated schedules.
- Demonstrated experience with schedule analysis tools and techniques including Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and DCMA 14-Point assessments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- PMP Certification.
- Background or experience in Accounting/Finance.
- Ability to manage challenging conversations and resolve schedule conflicts.
- Work Environment: Onsite, fast-paced, collaborative environment working closely with engineers, program managers, and finance teams.
- Project Details: Sole scheduler for the Bristol site.
