What You'll Do


Project & Timeline Management

  • Track and manage all project deadlines and deliverables, including Shop Drawing/Finish Sample approvals and the receipt of Client's Own Material (COM) items.
  • Coordinate project flow between internal departments, overseeing timelines to ensure all phases progress on schedule.
  • Book and track product shipments using various online freight carrier portals.
  • Utilize and adhere to all Project Management (PM) team SOPs to work effectively as an independent contributor once trained.

Client Communication & Support

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and the internal team.
  • Communicate professionally with a diverse client base, including commercial designers, developers, expeditors, and residential end-users.
  • Manage inbound calls and emails from customers, providing timely responses, taking detailed notes, and ensuring accurate information and sufficient support are provided.
  • Provide timely support for prospective customers through the product selection and order placement process.
  • Coordinate with third-party product installers and remote technicians.

Administrative & System Management

  • Create and submit quotes for sales orders, replacement parts, and product installations.
  • Successfully navigate online platforms including Shopify, CRM software (Odoo), Google Drives, and freight vendor portals.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High school education or equivalent is required.
  • Teamwork: Capacity to work well as part of a team, take direction, and effectively complete designated tasks.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and organization skills, both written and verbal.
  • Software: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Time Management: Ability to establish priorities, manage schedules, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aptitude: Exceptional attention to detail and motivation to learn.
  • Attitude: A positive attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure.
