Project Coordinator

Job Description
- Track and manage all project deadlines and deliverables, including Shop Drawing/Finish Sample approvals and the receipt of Client's Own Material (COM) items.
- Coordinate project flow between internal departments, overseeing timelines to ensure all phases progress on schedule.
- Book and track product shipments using various online freight carrier portals.
- Utilize and adhere to all Project Management (PM) team SOPs to work effectively as an independent contributor once trained.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and the internal team.
- Communicate professionally with a diverse client base, including commercial designers, developers, expeditors, and residential end-users.
- Manage inbound calls and emails from customers, providing timely responses, taking detailed notes, and ensuring accurate information and sufficient support are provided.
- Provide timely support for prospective customers through the product selection and order placement process.
- Coordinate with third-party product installers and remote technicians.
- Create and submit quotes for sales orders, replacement parts, and product installations.
- Successfully navigate online platforms including Shopify, CRM software (Odoo), Google Drives, and freight vendor portals.

- Education: High school education or equivalent is required.
