In this dynamic role, you will:
- Act as a vital link between our valued customers, trusted vendors, and internal teams, facilitating clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize and maintain our organized document and drawing control systems, including meticulous record drawings, ensuring information accuracy and accessibility.
- Proactively audit our correspondence and drawings database, guaranteeing proper entries and a reliable information repository.
- Diligently track and follow up on open items involving customers, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring timely and efficient closure.
- Actively participate in project and design review meetings with customers and vendors, capturing key decisions and action items through detailed meeting minutes.
- Partner with the Project Scheduler to effectively communicate project timelines and updates to all relevant stakeholders.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, showcasing your commitment to professional development.
- Bonus points for knowledge or prior experience within the railcar industry or a closely related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
