Ready to play a pivotal role in exciting railcar projects? As our Project Coordinator, you'll be the central point of contact, fostering seamless communication and ensuring the smooth progress of our innovative endeavors.

In this dynamic role, you will:
  • Act as a vital link between our valued customers, trusted vendors, and internal teams, facilitating clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Utilize and maintain our organized document and drawing control systems, including meticulous record drawings, ensuring information accuracy and accessibility. 
  • Proactively audit our correspondence and drawings database, guaranteeing proper entries and a reliable information repository. 
  • Diligently track and follow up on open items involving customers, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring timely and efficient closure. 
  • Actively participate in project and design review meetings with customers and vendors, capturing key decisions and action items through detailed meeting minutes. 
  • Partner with the Project Scheduler to effectively communicate project timelines and updates to all relevant stakeholders. 
What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, showcasing your commitment to professional development. 
  • Bonus points for knowledge or prior experience within the railcar industry or a closely related field. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
  • Proven strong computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. 
  • Mechanical and/or System/Electrical Design experience is valuable.
