Project Specialist
We are seeking a Project Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing projects end-to-end and delivering exceptional client experiences. About the Role
As a Project Specialist, you will lead high-end packaging projects from initial concept through final delivery. You’ll serve as the primary client contact while coordinating cross-functional internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Provide regular project updates, manage feedback, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professionalism and responsiveness
Project Leadership & Coordination
  • Own the full project lifecycle, from initial brief to final delivery
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with design, production, sales, and quality teams to keep projects on track
Quoting & Estimating
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate quotes and cost estimates
  • Present proposals to clients and support pricing discussions and negotiations
Quality Oversight & Problem Solving
  • Partner with Quality Control to maintain high production and service standards
  • Proactively identify issues and communicate solutions or adjustments clearly
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Share client feedback and insights to improve processes and service offerings
  • Participate in global best-practice exchanges to stay current with industry trends
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred or work equivalent experience), Packaging, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience managing client-facing projects (luxury goods or packaging experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with project management tools, ERP systems, and Excel
