Job Description

  • Work closely with TA suppliers to support delivery modifications in order to meet production needs.
  • Analyze SAP exception messages and work with Buyers to determine actions required.
  • Research and address any product shortages appearing on the daily shortage report
  • Provide Purchasing KPI deliverables.
  • Assist Accounts Payable in invoice resolution.
  • Enter SAP POs for direct and indirect material as required. 
  • Provide support to Receiving department for receipt issues.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a Supply Chain Role
  • Manufacturing experience a plus
  • Knowledge of order processing systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) required.
  • 1-3 years MRP experience
  • Problem solving skills in order to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • High degree of communication skills and ability to work with different levels within the TA organization.
