Purchasing Specialist

We’re seeking a junior Purchasing Specialist to join a growing technology solutions organization. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is task‑oriented, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a supportive, employee‑focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Review vendor quotes and assist with pricing updates
- Support purchase order creation and processing
- Confirm order details, quantities, and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams
- Help resolve order discrepancies
- Participate in basic pricing negotiations
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
What We’re Looking For
- Someone detail‑oriented — we’ll want to hear examples of how you stay organized and catch errors
- Task‑driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Some experience with quoting, pricing, or vendor communication
- Basic negotiation exposure is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with MS Word, Excel, and learning new tools
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to be coached and developed
