Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently? We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to ensure our products meet the highest standards as defined by customer requirements, drawings, inspection lists, and visual specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
  • Perform dimensional inspections on machined and sheet metal components
  • Interpret and adhere to customer specifications
  • Maintain accurate records of acceptance and rejection
  • Participate actively in the corrective/preventive action program

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience inspecting sheet metal or machined parts
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding product specifications and prints
  • At least 3 years of experience with CMM operation and some programming experience
  • Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
