- AS/BS in technical field preferred; High School Diploma or Equivalent accepted with 5+ years of experience
- 2+ Years in Quality Control;
- Familiarity with Aerospace regulatory standards preferred
- Technical proficiency with inspection & test equipment
- Knowledge of GD&T principles
- Ability to occasionally lift 40 lbs is required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions Software
- Proficiency (e.g. MS Suite, Inspection & ERP systems)

- Sitting for long periods of time
- Any experience with DISCUS or KEYENCE software helpful, not required
- Perform incoming (receiving inspection), in-process and final product inspections
- Use pre-determined methods, operations, set-ups and prescribed specifications to inspect visually and dimensionally manufactured parts.
- Use of various inspection tools and devices; including but not limited to hand tools and CMM capabilities.
- Create Non-conforming (NCMR) tags using product against product/process requirements/procedures
- Ensure NCMR Log is Current
- Verify Calibration of area tools.
- Ensure product and related paperwork meets blueprint, customer spec and/or P.O. requirements
- Participate in FAI documentation requirements
- Participate in creation and edits of manufacturing work instruction and inspection method sheets
- Participate in internal and external audits as required
- Communicates issues or Opportunities for Improvement (OFI) identified during quality activities and provide recommended process improvements
- Comply with all company policy and procedures including safety requirements
