This role involves inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to maintain product integrity and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products
- In process and final inspection of work orders, sub-assemblies and final packaged goods.
- Perform first article inspections.
- Utilize measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify product specifications.
- Document inspection results, review and approval of records.
- Inspection of OEM and customer documentation packages.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control and/or in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Training will be for about 1 month on 1st shift (7am-3pm)
Regular shift: 3pm - 11pm
Pay: $17-$24/hr
