Quality Control Technician

Pay Rate: $18.00-$24.00

Join a dynamic team of manufacturing professionals at a leading producer of high-quality plastic
products! Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Control Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring
the excellence of our products.

In this Temp to Hire position, you will be responsible for meticulously inspecting and testing our plastic
goods at various stages of the production process. Your keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills will
be instrumental in identifying and resolving any quality issues, enabling us to deliver the exceptional
products our customers have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
- Conduct quality control tests to verify product specifications and performance
- Document inspection findings and maintain detailed quality control records
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement
measures
- Assist in the development and refinement of quality control procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to upholding quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test results
- Proficient with quality control tools and measurement equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
