QUALITY – Inspector
 
Ideal candidate will have:
 
  1. At least 3-5 years experience in manufacturing, preferably in a machining or screw machine environment. 
  2. Able to work closely with all disciplines in that environment.
  3. Oily production environment will be responsible to draw inspection samples from CNC machines and clean those samples.
  4. Proficient with all mechanical gauging and comparator usage.
  5. CMM and/or Optical Equipment experience a plus.(PC- DMIS)
  6. Geometric Tolerancing experience a must.
  7. Able to perform first article and set up inspections.
  8. Able to read mechanical drawings.
  9. Keen attention to detail especially with respect to documentation.
  10. Track internal/external calibration using Gage Trak
  11. Proficient with Excel is a plus.
  12. Salary: $20.00 - $28 / hour commensurate with experience.
  13. Hours: 5:00am – 3:00pm (flexible). Monday- Thursday, Friday for Overtime when needed.
