Job Description
Quality/Lab experience

Job Requirements
Lab Testing
o Sample preparation using wire cutters, wire strippers, etc.
o Use of microscope for dimensional measurements
o Use of tensile tester for physical properties and other custom tests
o Use of micrometers and calipers
· Documentation
o Preparing all test sheets and quality certificates
o Filing and maintaining all test sheets
o Retaining samples for customers
· Technical/Engineering Related
o Dealing with quality issues
o Involvement with equipment calibration
· Maximum lifting/carrying of 50 lbs.
· Frequent lifting/carrying of 5 lbs. or less
· Occasional:
o Bending
o Kneeling
o Squatting
o Pulling
· Frequent:
o Sitting
o Standing
