Job Description
- Perform detailed inspections of materials and products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Utilize hand tools to measure and evaluate product dimensions and quality.
- Review and analyze test reports to verify material and product compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance reports with a high level of detail.
- Work independently and efficiently in a shop environment, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with quality engineers and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure all quality control procedures are followed and continuously improved.
- Identify and report non-conformances and assist in corrective actions as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred.
- Previous experience in a quality technician role, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Strong attention to fine detail and precision.
- Experience using hand tools for measurement and inspection.
- Ability to work with compliance reports and maintain organized records.
- Comfortable working independently and maintaining focus on detailed tasks.
- Understanding of shop environments and hands-on quality control processes.
