Raw Materials Coordinator

Location: Ayer, MA

We are seeking a detail-oriented Raw Materials Coordinator to support warehouse and production operations by maintaining accurate raw material inventory and ensuring efficient product flow. This role plays a key part in inventory control, compliance, and overall warehouse organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
  • Process incoming raw material paperwork and packing slips
  • Monitor inventory levels, product movement, and storage locations
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Coordinate cycle counts, audits, and physical inventories
  • Track and report non-conforming or damaged materials
  • Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse activities
  • Follow all safety, GMP, and food-safety procedures
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience with raw material inventory a plus
  • Forklift experience required; certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, organized warehouse environment.
