Job Description

Job Title: Shipping Specialist
 Location: Salem, NH
 Pay Rate: $22 - $23 per hour (based on experience)
 Employment Type: Full-time

From server and networking configurations, imaging, inventory management, to on-site implementation, our Operations Team is dedicated to providing unwavering support throughout every project.
We are seeking a Shipping Specialist to join our Operations Department. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely shipment of technology equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, and ship technology equipment according to order specifications and customer requirements.
  • Handle sensitive electronics with care, including use of anti-static bags, custom foam packaging, and proper labeling techniques.
  • Generate shipping documentation such as packing lists, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and export paperwork.
  • Weigh and measure packages to ensure accuracy and compliance with carrier requirements.
  • Utilize shipping systems (FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, DHL, LTL freight platforms) to schedule pickups and generate labels.
  • Collaborate with imaging, integration, sales, and service teams to prioritize high-urgency orders.
  • Verify serial numbers and part numbers against packing lists and customer documentation.
  • Maintain an inventory of shipping supplies and recommend reorders as needed.
  • Follow IT equipment handling, ESD (electrostatic discharge), and secure packaging protocols.
  • Track outbound shipments, troubleshoot delays, and coordinate resolutions with carriers and customer service.
  • Assist with warehouse tasks as needed, including receiving, inventory counts, and equipment staging.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or logistics environment.
  • Familiarity with domestic and international shipping procedures preferred.
  • Experience with shipping software, scanners, and basic computer applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Material handling experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with OSHA and NIOSH standards.
Education and Certifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Related shipping/warehouse experience preferred.
