Office Greeter is the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. This role is essential for creating a welcoming, calm, and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warm Welcome: Greet patients and visitors immediately upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Wayfinding: Provide clear directions to exam rooms, or restrooms within the facility.
Waiting Room Management: Monitor the lobby area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and comfortable for patients.
Communication: Alert clinical staff of patient arrivals or any special needs/emergencies in the lobby.
Skills & Qualifications
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal communication.
Reliability: Strong punctual attendance to ensure the front doors are covered during peak hours.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a healthcare setting is a plus.
