Receptionist
Job Description
As our Receptionist, you will be the friendly face and first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and staff. In this vital role, you will support the organization's mission by ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-desk experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all visitors to the office in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the calendar as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or receptionist role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
Working Conditions:
This position is based in a standard office environment, with regular business hours of 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Some light physical demands, such as standing for extended periods and occasional light lifting, may be required.
Compensation and Benefits:
The target pay rate for this temporary Receptionist position is $19 - $22 per hour.
