- Perform a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations, including wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
- Interpret and follow detailed technical specifications, drawings, and work instructions.
- Ensure all work meets strict quality standards and complies with relevant specifications.
- Work in a clean room environment, adhering to all safety and cleanliness protocols (wearing a clean room suit, cap, gloves, mask, and eye protection).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in electronic assembly or a related field.
- OR 2 years of post-secondary education (Associate's Degree) with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Clean room environment with controlled temperature and humidity.
- Requires wearing a clean room suit, cap, gloves, mask, and eye protection.
- May involve standing for extended periods.
