Job Description

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join our team in Rochester, NY. In this role, you will play a critical part in the manufacturing of high-quality electronic and electro-mechanical components for our cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations, including wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
  • Interpret and follow detailed technical specifications, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Ensure all work meets strict quality standards and complies with relevant specifications.
  • Work in a clean room environment, adhering to all safety and cleanliness protocols (wearing a clean room suit, cap, gloves, mask, and eye protection).
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in electronic assembly or a related field.
  • OR 2 years of post-secondary education (Associate's Degree) with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
  • Clean room environment with controlled temperature and humidity.
  • Requires wearing a clean room suit, cap, gloves, mask, and eye protection.
  • May involve standing for extended periods.
