- Perform all required calibration of test equipment used in both product development and manufacturing, ensuring peak performance and accuracy.
- Execute a variety of duties across electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas, showcasing your versatile technical skills.
- Assist in the design, construction, testing, and check-out of new and existing test equipment.
- Construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, diagnose, and maintain a wide range of equipment, components, devices, and systems.
- Work effectively from schematics, operating or repair manuals, engineering drawings, and both written and verbal instructions.
- Operate related equipment, conduct tests, and accurately report data in the prescribed format.
- Perform calibration and alignment checks; make necessary adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed.
- Education & Experience:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience, OR
- A 2-year post-secondary/Associate's degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- Electro-Mechanical Aptitude: A strong understanding and capability in electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to work from schematics, manuals, and engineering drawings; experience with test equipment.
- Problem-Solving: A strong ability to work through and solve technical problems.
