Summary: 

The Operation Associate performs various functions in ensuring operational processes run efficiently and effectively in their area. The Operation Associate ensures that the standards are met in their area of ownership to achieve the goals on SQDCM with excellence.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure that they work safely, and all safety procedures are followed. Keep their work area in the highest safety standard possible.

• Ensures company brand materials and physical working space meet company cleanliness standards.

• Ensure that the product is always done at the correct quality in a sustainable manner.

• Communicate training needs to fully execute this Job Description.

• Comply with scheduled times to start operations and activities.

• Works to gain the knowledge needed to perform assigned task.

• Following the technical guidance from Maintenance and Team Leader.

• Gain the knowledge of the programs of the company’s Continuous Improvement (CI) programs to the level of understanding to support its mission.

• Be flexible to other tasks as assigned which can be a temporary event or conducing to an improved way of working.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Using a Scanning gun to located product needed for orders and to be able to scan product to orders all product correctly to orders and complying with FIFO requirements.

• Stacking product correctly on pallets with compiling with customer standards

• Perform general physical activities in order to pick orders, sort, and move products and materials by hand or using basic materials handling equipment

• Performing tasks in cold temperature environments

• Keeping accurate records of completed orders.

• Wrapping order correctly and recording accurately where order is staged to be loaded on trucks.

• Keeping selecting area clean of trash and pallets

• Be able to work with and around Robots throughout the working day

• At the discretion of the shipping manager, complete all tasks/assignments assigned to you as deemed necessary by the shipping manager. This may result in change of duties/additional responsibilities at any time.

Education and Experience:
