Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire, maintain and accurately classify sales tax exemption certificates from customers
  • Review tax exemption certificates to determine validity through understanding of laws and requirements

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • This position functions under a hybrid schedule; must report into Tempe, AZ office every Wednesday, otherwise may work from home or in-office as preferred
  • High school diploma/GED required or higher preferred, ability to read & write English required
  • Passing results on background check & drug screen required
  • 1+ years office/administrative experience required, proficient knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook required, experience using the following reporting & security softwares preferred: Tandem, Oracle Discoverer, Check Point
  • Availability & willingness to work overtime as required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong adaptability & flexibility and attention to detail

***This is a 6-9 month temporary-to-permanent position, all of our agency's temporary workers become eligible for medical & other voluntary coverage benefit plans including dental & vision insurance at 60 days worked.
