Job Description

Saw Operator
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experience saw operator to assist in the production of foam-based products.

Saw Operator Job Summary:
As a Saw Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and precise cutting of materials using industrial saws. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining production standards and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Saw Operator Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of industrial saws, including table saws, band saws, and miter saws, to cut and shape foam and other materials according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the saws to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor the cutting process and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate the flow of materials and optimize the production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience operating industrial saws or similar cutting equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
