- Lead with Vision: Develop and implement EHS systems to achieve corporate goals and regulatory compliance.
- Empower Teams: Partner with site leadership to drive EHS improvements and manage EHS associates.
- Ensure Compliance: Manage environmental permits, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to all EHS regulations.
- Drive Improvement: Lead incident investigations, implement corrective actions, and track EHS performance.
- Expertise: 5–10 years of experience leading a site’s EHS program with proven success.
- Knowledge: Professional understanding of OSHA, EPA, RCRA, DOT, and Fire Code regulations.
- Certification: Certification in environmental, health, and/or safety.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and STOP® DataPro.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in related field, CSP certification, ISO experience, and hands-on business unit experience.
