Position Summary: As an Electronic PCB Solderer, you'll be diving into a mix of assembly operations and inspections on electronic components and subassemblies. Picture yourself following assembly procedures, written instructions, and getting hands-on with soldering irons, microscopes, and other tools. Plus, you'll have the chance to show off your skills by leading and training others.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Get your hands dirty with detailed assembly, soldering, and inspection of electrical components on printed circuit boards.
• Think miniature connectors, SMT discrete components, BGAs, and wires – all under the magnification of a microscope.
• Follow the playbook: work instructions, schematics, drawings – you name it.
• Check your work – make sure everything's up to snuff.
• Be the soldering superhero! Train other team members and share your wisdom.
• Quality is king! Stick to our Quality Management Systems like glue.
• Safety first! Keep things tidy and ESD-safe.

• Got 2 or more years of soldering and/or inspection experience under your belt? Awesome!
• If you've got that IPC or J-STD soldering certification, even better.
• Love working independently but also thrive in a team? That's you!
• Problem-solving is your jam, and you've got the integrity to match.
• Bonus points if you've led a team before.
• BG/DT Required

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum. But hey, if you've got an Associate's Degree or Certificate in something related, that's rad!

Language Skills:

• Your English game is strong – reading, writing, and talking the talk.
• You can breeze through standard work docs like bills of materials and work instructions.
