Job Description
Location: Yorba Linda (Hybrid / Home Office Setup)
Pay Rate: $40–$45 per hour

- Collaborative partnership with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and compensation teams
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified technical and engineering candidates
- Utilize multiple sourcing methods including databases, networking, social media, and complex internet searches
- Pre-screen candidates for qualifications, technical capabilities, and culture fit using behavioral and competency-based interviewing
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Provide consultative support on candidate selection and hiring strategies
- Deliver a high-touch, professional experience for candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruiting process
- Educate candidates on company opportunities, culture, and role expectations
- Manage 30–35 requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and timeliness of hires
- Track recruiting activity and metrics in the applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Partner with compensation and HR to develop competitive salary offers and negotiate with candidates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Coach and guide hiring managers on recruiting best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with a minimum of 6 years of recruiting experience
- OR 10+ years of relevant recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven experience in full lifecycle recruiting with strong sourcing expertise
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions simultaneously (30–35 roles)
- Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Strong proficiency with Excel and Outlook
- Experience working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
- High attention to detail and data integrity within an ATS
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities with cross-functional stakeholders
- Adaptable and comfortable with change
- Self-directed with strong initiative and follow-through
- Sense of urgency and results-driven mindset
- Technical, engineering, or IT recruiting experience
- Aerospace and defense recruiting experience, especially supporting organizations such as:
- RTX
- Northrop Grumman
- Boeing
- Lockheed Martin
- Experience using SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong influencing and consulting skills
- Strategic sourcing expertise
- Stakeholder collaboration
- Negotiation and offer management
- High-volume requisition management
- Data-driven recruiting execution
- Adaptability in fast-changing environments
