Service Admistrator
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Administrator to support a high-volume service department. This role is responsible for coordinating service calls, dispatching technicians, supporting parts and warranty processes, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Answer and manage service calls; schedule maintenance and service requests
- Dispatch and support Service Technicians for efficient coverage
- Assist with parts ordering, warranty claims, and service documentation
- Generate quotes and process service job updates
- Maintain service contracts, records, and reports
- Verify technician time and support daily operations
- Provide administrative support and ensure high customer service standards
- Associate’s degree in Business or related experience
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with ERP systems a plus)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
